CripShip

CripShip is a roleplaying game about the Ministry of AI Spills, an underfunded government agency tasked with investigating cases of AI spilling slop into the world and the companies  responsible for this mess.

First Came “Junk Mail”, then “Spam”’ and now, with AI, we get “Slop”: dubious AI-generated material.

As employees of the Ministry, the Slop Moppers take on investigations in the field, with inventive infiltrations and critical interrogations of AI. By uncovering clues about the issues and suitability of AI they’ll decide what actions to take against its creators, whether through official channels or methods of their own devising.

This game has no AI gods or AI monsters, just machines created from grinding and chipping human labour into a statistical paste that, irrelevant of suitability, is sold back to you.

CripShip is a game of resisting AI.

If AI adoption is inevitable, so is having to clean up its mess.
